Playtest Overview
This is a limited-access playtest with in-game purchases enabled and no data wipe, open only to Endministrators with test access. During the playtest, the Steam version will run on the live servers, with game content, account data, and game progress synced across all platforms. We look forward to your participation and greatly appreciate any feedback on issues you encounter while testing.

※ The Steam version is still being optimized. During the playtest, you may encounter bugs, client issues, or service instability. If you run into any issues, please let us know through the in-game customer support or other official feedback channels. We will continue to monitor and improve the Steam version experience.
How to Download
Endministrators with test access will receive a Steam product code via the email address provided during signup. Please check your email and follow the steps below to activate your code.
1. Log into the Steam client. (If you haven't installed it yet, please download and install it first.)
2. Click [Add a Game] in the bottom-left corner of the Steam client.
3. Select [Activate a Product on Steam].
4. Enter the Steam product code you received and follow the on-screen prompts to activate it.
5. After activation, head to your Steam Library and download Arknights: Endfield.
※ Each Steam product code can only be activated once. Before activation, please make sure that you are logged into the Steam account you intend to use for the playtest. Do not share or sell your test access or product code, or purchase either through unofficial channels, to avoid unnecessary losses.
System Requirements
Recommended: Intel Core i7-10700K or equivalent or higher, 16GB or more of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or equivalent or higher.
Minimum: Intel Core i5-9400F or equivalent, 16GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or equivalent.
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11 64-bit, DirectX 11.1 or later.
Storage: 50GB or more free space, plus an additional 40GB required when extracting files. Installing the game on an SSD is recommended.
Playtest Rewards
To show our appreciation for your participation, Endministrators who log into the Steam version of Arknights: Endfield for a total of 5 days during the playtest will receive the following playtest rewards: [Oroberyl]×180, [T-Creds]×16000, [Elementary Cognitive Carrier]×15.
Endministrators who meet the eligibility requirements will receive the playtest rewards via in-game mail after the official launch of the Steam version of Arknights: Endfield.

Q: When launching Arknights: Endfield on Steam for the first time, how should I log into my account?
A: When logging into the Steam version of Arknights: Endfield for the first time, you will need to link your Steam account to your Gryphline Account. Please follow the instructions provided in the client and choose one of the following login methods:
Method 1: If you already have a Gryphline Account, select [Log Into Existing Account & Link], then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account linking process.
Method 2: If you do not have a Gryphline Account, select [Register & Link], and then follow the on-screen instructions to create a Gryphline Account and link it to your Steam account.
※ If you already have a game character on another platform, we recommend logging in with your existing Gryphline Account to carry over your game progress.
Q: After linking an existing Gryphline Account on Steam, can I carry over my game progress from another platform?
A: Yes. The Steam version uses the same game servers and account data as the other platforms. After linking your account, you can carry over that account's game progress on the corresponding server.
※ Arknights: Endfield data cannot be shared between the Asia Server and Americas / Europe Server. When logging in, please be sure to select the server where your existing game character is located.
Q: Will my game progress be deleted after the playtest ends?
A: No. This playtest does not involve a data wipe. Your account data and game progress will be fully retained after the playtest ends.
Q: Can a Gryphline Account created through the Steam version be used to play the game on other platforms?
A: Yes. You can log in on other supported platforms with the email address you used to register your Gryphline Account and continue with the game data associated with that account. When logging in, please be sure to select the server where your existing game character is located.

Q: Does the Steam version of Arknights: Endfield support in-game purchases?
A: Yes. The Steam version offers the same purchasable items as other PC clients. You can follow the in-game instructions and complete purchases using the payment methods provided by Steam.
Q: Will the items I purchase during the Steam playtest be retained?
A: Yes. This playtest includes in-game purchases and no data wipe, so both your game progress and purchases made during the playtest will be retained. Once the Steam version officially launches, you can continue using them by logging in with the same account.
Q: Are purchases made on the Steam version accessible on other platforms?
A: Yes. Items obtained through purchases on different platforms can be viewed and used normally, provided you log in with the same Gryphline Account.
Q: Can I top up on other platforms with a Gryphline Account created through the Steam version?
A: Yes. You can log in on any other supported platform with the email address you used to register your Gryphline Account and top up as normal.

Q: What should I do if Steam doesn't recognize the product code, or says it has already been used?
A: If Steam says the product code is invalid, first make sure that the code is complete and entered correctly. Pay close attention to similar-looking characters, such as 0 (zero) and O (the letter O), or 1 (one) and I (the letter I).
If Steam says the product code has already been used, verify that you are logged into the correct Steam account. Each product code can only be linked to one Steam account and cannot be used again after activation.
Q: Can the Steam version of Arknights: Endfield be downloaded or updated through the GRYPHLINK launcher?
A: No. The Steam version can only be downloaded and updated through the Steam client and cannot be managed through the GRYPHLINK launcher. Once a version update is available, go to your Steam Library to download and install the latest version. For specific update schedules, please refer to the official announcements for each version.
