1. Before participating in this event, please ensure that you are of legal age in your country/region, or that you have obtained consent from a guardian.
2. The winners will be announced within 20 business days after the event concludes, in the comment section of the event post. Winners need to complete the information collection form within the designated period to ensure they receive their rewards. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the prize, and no reissue will be made. As part of the winner announcement, Endministrators who participate in this event are deemed to agree to the public sharing of their social media usernames, profile links, and other information during the public announcement stage.
※To ensure smooth delivery of rewards, winners must fill out their information truthfully and verify that all information is accurate.
3. Please refrain from posting content that violates community guidelines or platform rules, or any irrelevant information (including but not limited to unrelated links and advertisements). Any behavior that disrupts or attempts to disrupt the fairness of the event (including but not limited to cheating tools) may result in disqualification from participation and prize eligibility, and could lead to restrictions on future event participation.
4. Please note that if your X account has hidden tweets or if you delete any event-related tweets/comments during the event period, we will not be able to verify your eligibility, and your entry will be considered invalid. The event period is from the start date of the event until the announcement of the winners.
5. Participants must follow the official Arknights: Endfield X account to participate in the event. We will only contact eligible winners via direct message from the official account.
6. Endministrators can participate in this event multiple times, but each person is only eligible to receive one prize. Rewards cannot be stacked.
7. Winners across all official community platforms for the same event will be announced together. There is no fixed number of winners for each region/platform. The final number of winners will be determined based on the actual participation in each region/platform. The prize count mentioned in the event tweet reflects the total number of winners across all platforms, not just this platform. Events with identical content, rewards, number of winners, and duration is regarded as the same event.
8. "Physical prizes and other rewards" will be shipped within 4 months of the winner announcement. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply during shipping, depending on your country or region. Winners are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes according to local policies. Additionally, due to local laws or regulatory requirements in certain regions, winners may need to provide extra tax information or complete identity verification in advance. We will reach out using the contact details you provided. Please remain attentive to relevant messages.
※In the event of stock shortages, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the shipment, we may substitute the prize with another of equal value. Please note that there may be delays in prize delivery, and we appreciate your understanding. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for handling customs clearance with local authorities. We will not reissue prizes in the event of delivery failure due to customs clearance issues. If the item is damaged, please contact the shipping provider first.
9. "In-game rewards" will be sent via the in-game mail within 60 business days of the winner announcement. Please stay attentive to the winner announcement and your in-game mail, and be sure to claim your reward promptly. Failure to claim the reward within the designated period will be considered as forfeiting the prize.
10. The value of the gift card will be in USD. The actual amount received and the currency may be subject to exchange rates and redemption rules set by the gift card platform.
11. Cash prizes (if any) will require the collection of details, including the payment account. Transaction fees for international transfers will be covered by us, but you will be responsible for any applicable taxes based on the actual amount received.
12. Winners are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations in accordance with the tax laws and regulations of their country/region of residence.
13. All information collected through Google Forms will be used solely for the distribution of event rewards and necessary communication with you. We strictly comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and our Privacy Policy to ensure the proper protection and security of your personal data.
14. Any matters not specified in these event rules shall be governed by the Arknights: Endfield Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as confirmed by the Endministrator.
